ABOUT US
OCAL LTD was founded in August 1991 and was incorporated as Oodally Chadee Associates Ltd in October 1991 with the Registrar of Companies and the name of the practice was changed to OCAL LTD in October 1997. With over 34 years of existence, OCAL LTD has gained a diversified range of experience on major residential, commercial, health, educational, industrial, and civil engineering construction projects, for both private and public sectors.
OCAL is a firm regulated by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. We ensure our services are compliant with the RICS rules of conduct, the legislative framework of the Professional Quantity Surveyor’s Council (PQSC) and the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) of Mauritius, to which our staff are members. The practice also carries Professional Indemnity Insurance to satisfy all our work requirements.
The OCAL team is composed of qualified professionals with years of experience. Our vision is to deliver high-quality services whilst remaining fair and true in our dealings with all employers.
